An initial session is needed to understand your style, vision, and budget and to explain who we are and how we will help you inject magic into your special day. There will be three orientation sessions plus a basic schedule of tasks and milestones to keep everything organized and ensure you know what needs to happen and when.

Knowing the location of the big day is essential in confirming if your vision is achievable in that space. We will visit the venue for better guidance.

We will present you with a list of reliable suppliers aligned with your vision. We will also make the introduction and initial presentations so that you can refine the details.

A schedule for the wedding day will be created, including the ceremony and reception. We will also coordinate with key participants such as service providers and any family members crucial to the schedule.

You will receive a control tool, and we will assist you with supervising budget management.

We won’t leave you alone on the big day, don’t worry! We will be present before and during the event to ensure everything is in order and the schedule is followed. We will receive your guests and coordinate the suppliers. It is time to enjoy and we will make sure it is as memorable as we planned together.

Wedding packages are priced in USD (United States Dollars). Depending on location and personalized requirements, additional expenses may be added to your package. Tropical Gold Wedding Package includes 1 to 150 people. We require 50% to save the date and the balance 1 to 2 weeks before the wedding.
